One of the smaller towns located in western Bolivia,Guinevere was founded by Europeans during their exploration days somewhere between the 1560s and Early 1600s. The town was originally only made for trade purposes of humans and of goods. The small town grew into a city and fluiroshed until it met its decline sometime during the eaely 20th century. Surrounded by large hills and brilliant green grasslands and a lake on its eastern side, this is the place to be to kick back and relax when on the outskirts which is very different once inside the town. It is currently owned by a very powerful gang who is involved in the drug cartel . This small town has a population a little over 15k, and they keep the citizens under oppression.
